About the Pittsburgh Section

The Society of Automotive Engineers is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of land, air, sea, and space mobility.

In our section, you will find members interested in many different areas, including fuels and lubricants, large diesel engines, trucks, auto racing, construction equipment, and many others.

The Pittsburgh Section meetings provide a great opportunity to develop friendships and business relationships with local technical professionals. You will find the members of the Pittsburgh Section to be a friendly group, and the meeting atmosphere is professional but relaxed. We welcome new members as well as anyone who just wants to stop in and see what we are all about.
